Some U.S. state laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law, give people specific rights over "consumer health data." Because our site is about weight and wellness, we treat information that could reveal something about your health with extra care. This page explains what that means in practice. It supplements our main Privacy Policy.
We do not ask for health data. We have no accounts, quizzes that store answers, or forms that collect weight, body measurements, conditions or medications. Our calculators run entirely in your browser and nothing you enter is transmitted to us.
What could be considered health-related: the fact that a browser visited a health topic page, and, only if you give consent on one of our promotional pages, the Meta Pixel's record that the page was viewed or a button clicked. If you choose to email us about your health, we receive whatever you write.
To respond to messages you send us, and, with your consent, to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead people to our pages. We do not use consumer health data to build profiles, and we never sell it.

The Meta Pixel does not load on any page unless you actively click "Allow." Clicking "No thanks" or ignoring the notice means it never loads. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the notice will appear again.
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you, access it, delete it, or withdraw consent, and to list the third parties we shared it with. Email hello@weightloss4wellness.com with the subject "Health data request." We will respond within 45 days and do not charge for requests. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if you are not satisfied, you can contact your state Attorney General.
