We participate in affiliate programs run through networks such as ClickBank, Impact, CJ and similar platforms, and directly with some companies. Categories can include weight-management apps and coaching programs, meal delivery services, fitness programs and equipment, kitchen and tracking tools, and telehealth weight-management services. We will add the name of any program that requires its own disclosure language (for example, Amazon) here when we join it.
They don't decide it. We choose topics based on what readers need, describe products using the company's own published claims (attributed as theirs), and tell you who a product is not right for. We never accept payment for a positive review, a higher ranking or coverage, and a commission is never a reason to recommend something we would not mention otherwise. A link is not a promise that a product will work for you.
We do not sell, prescribe or ship anything. When we link to a telehealth service, a licensed clinician working for that service decides whether any treatment is appropriate for you.
