This Privacy Policy explains how Weight Loss 4 Wellness ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit weightloss4wellness.com (the "Site"). We collect as little as we can. Because some of our pages are about health, please also read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Automatically: like most websites, our hosting server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages requested, the referring page and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the Site running.
When you contact us: the name, email address and message you choose to send.
What we don't collect: we do not ask for your weight, health conditions or medications. Our calculators run entirely in your browser; the numbers you type are never sent to us or stored.
Our regular articles and tools do not use advertising cookies. On certain promotional pages that people reach from our Facebook and Instagram ads, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance (for example, that the page was viewed or a button was clicked). It loads only if you click "Allow" on the consent notice on that page. We never send Meta your health information, calculator entries or anything you type. Meta processes this data under its own Privacy Policy, and you can manage ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. We do not currently use Google Analytics; we will update this policy before we do.
When you click an affiliate link, the company or affiliate network (such as ClickBank, Impact or CJ) may set its own cookies to credit us for a referral. We may receive a sub-ID with campaign information so we know which page or ad sent the click; it does not include health information. Those companies handle data under their own privacy policies.
To operate, secure and improve the Site; to respond to messages; to measure whether our ads work (only with your consent, as described above); and to comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except through the consent-based Meta Pixel described above.
We use a small number of providers to run the Site, including our web host and WordPress software, Meta (only on consented promotional pages), and affiliate networks when you click an affiliate link. They may process information on our behalf or under their own policies.
You can decline the Meta cookie on our promotional pages, block or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out of interest-based ads through Meta's settings or optout.aboutads.info. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Washington, the EEA or the UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email hello@weightloss4wellness.com to make a request; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We keep server logs and emails only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Site is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We will update this policy when our practices change, including before adding any new analytics or advertising tools. The date at the top shows the latest version.
